Has anyone else noticed Google Chrome suddenly using a very high amount of CPU on Windows 11?
Chrome may work normally at first, but CPU usage can suddenly increase even with only a few tabs open. The computer may become slower, fans start running loudly, and closing Chrome immediately brings CPU usage back down.
What usually causes this a problematic tab, browser extension, hardware acceleration, recent Chrome update, or background process? Has anyone found a reliable fix?
